Koshish karne walo ki haar nhi hoti.
Career transition is not easy. Especially after having a career gap but with the right steps & guidance, everything can fall into the right place.
Here, is One of our students, Shailja, who successfully switched her career from Accenture to EY as an associate consultant even after a career gap.
When she came to us, she was determined to switch her career but was unsure about how to do it.
The 4 things that I think are the most important factors for a career switch-
📍Motivation: Lack of motivation is one of the biggest factors that play in this scenario. But with the right plan, everything can work out positively.
📍Focus: Too much focus on a problem is not always the best way to achieve the desired results. Always consider a plan and try to cover multiple aspects at the same time.
📍Consistency: Consistency is the link between goals and achievement. It is the factor that turns ordinary into extraordinary, and confusion into clarity. You do not have to study all day, but setting aside 2-3 hours per day is the key to success.
📍Mentorship Guidance: Having a mentor to whom you can talk or seek advice when necessary makes life a lot easier. It teaches you that everyone faces problems, and you must accept them as part of the journey. Mentors share their knowledge, which keeps you from making the same mistakes they did.
